DESIGN

Our experienced and qualified engineering department, made up of 6 3D / 2D designers, assists and follows all the projects of our company. We have the possibility to prepare any solution in CAD software, such as the virtual development of the project, for the future manufacture and use: from the simple storage platform, with columns, according to your part, up to complex lines and customized platforms. , specific containers and solutions to be used in completely manual and automatic processes. We design and manufacture special solutions for the mechanical handling of automotive components with the implementation of low-cost automation. Our products include single stations, transfer stations, revolving stations, moving blocks, transfer modules, etc.

PRODUCTION

Towers is able to design and build any metal solution to store and transport components using the best manufacturing technologies.

The cutting of tubes and sheets is performed with latest generation laser cutting machines.

The welding of the sub-assemblies is carried out with suitable masks designed and manufactured internally by us to ensure compliance with the geometric tolerances required by the customer.

We are able to design and manufacture specific containers for manual loads and automatic lines.
The painting treatment is done with powder after washing, degreasing, thorough cleaning and drying of the structure.

Subsequently, the powder coating is carried out, at the end of the process it is baked in the oven at a temperature of 180 ° for about 30 minutes.

Natural cooling follows to allow greater adhesion of the paint. There are five assembly lines for the equipment of the container (assembly of internal equipment, writings, etc.).

The current potential is about 1350 containers / day over two shifts.


