Standard vertical and horizontal columns

Technology

This type of column is used when loading and unloading is done manually with an operator or with a weight canceller.

The jacks are connected to each other by a catenary system; when the first element is deposited, the next one is automatically armed and so on when completely filled.

This column system can also be used horizontally.

Ergonomic manual columns

Technology

This technology allows the loading of the elements always at the same height / position (and with the same spacing) so that manual work is ergonomic (the operator does not bend his back).

The elements are loaded in the highest part of the column after which, through a system of leverages operated by the operator, it allows the sliding of the element downwards at predefined and regular steps / distances.

Loading continues until the container is full.

Once the maximum containment capacity is reached, the level controller (in the lower part of the container) stops the load.

Unloading is also done in the same way.

The unloading of elements from the container normally takes place with a Robot.
