PROGETTAZIONE

Our expert and qualified engineering department, made up of 5 3D / 2D designers, assists and follows all the projects of our company. We have the possibility to prepare any solution in CAD software, such as the virtual development of the project in 3D, eventually aimed at the next production launch.

The development of the design activity is divided into several phases ranging from:

  • Project draft for initial sharing with the customer
  • 3D development Design review
  • activities with the client
  • Finalization with any required adjustments
  • 2D emission and production launch

The core business of our design is aimed at developing containers for the storage and handling of all components related to the vehicle sector.

The design is carried out taking into account the customer’s needs and aimed at respecting all the requirements of safety, ergonomics, quality and optimization of transport costs.

Furthermore, our design department is able to develop technical solutions related to automation.

The implementation of the use of lever turrets (manual and automatic) is increasingly frequent.

We are able to work with all CAD systems and software that are used for the automotive industry (CATIA, DASSAULT SYSTEMS, PRO-ENGINEER, SOLIDWORKS, INVENTOR, etc.)
